We are currently accepting resumes from qualified candidates for a Cook position aboard our 300'
NON UNION container and general cargo vessel with an 11 person crew.
This position is a one man galley. Cook is responsible for preparing three
balanced, nutritious meals per day for crew, maintaining and cleaning galley, ensuring sanitary and good hygiene practices, preparing menus,
maintaining inventory of supplies and stores as well as performing any other duties as assigned.
The selected candidate will be eligible for a permanent position after 30 day probationary period.
Rotation is
approximately 75 days on/75 days off depending on the vessel's run.
The
vessel trades internationally and is not on a fixed voyage itinerary.
Competitive salary and benefits. Start date is
approximately March 31st.

Qualifications:
· Must possess steward
department, food handler endorsement.
· Must have TWIC card,
current passport and valid up to date USCG documents.
· 2
year’s experience sailing as a cook.
· Must be able to read,
write and speak English.
